In this episode I talk to Caroline Arewa about her Luminary Leadership and how how it creates empowerment for self and for others. 

Introduction

Caroline Shola Arewa, known as the 'Energy Doctor' is a transformational mentor in Liberation and Leadership for conscious leaders. With over three decades experience, she empowers individuals to reclaim their energy and align their lives with greater purpose, passion, and peace.

Shola’s journey of transformation began when she left a successful career as a London fashion designer to train as a Yoga Teacher in India in 1985. She later became a Psychologist and SomaticTherapist. She's a pioneer in integral therapy and has created award winning training programs and appeared on radio, and TV.

She is the bestselling author of Opening to Spirit and the creator of Energy 4 Life Spiritual Coach Training, which has certified hundreds of coaches worldwide. Through international speaking engagements, retreats, five published books, and hundreds of articles, Shola continues to inspire and uplift.

As a mentor to Heart-Centered Entrepreneurs, Shola helps her clients elevate their work, publish books, develop speaking skills, and create signature programs. Her mission is to guide individuals toward their highest potential, ensuring they make a profound impact on the world.
