Introduction
Annie Barry is an accredited practising dietitian and health coach, a food and wine lover and someone who believes in choosing progress over perfection.
Annie runs her own online consulting business where she provides a 12 week individually tailored coaching program to help women in peri-menopause manage their weight and navigate symptoms without dieting or restrictions.
Annie believes that it is less about the number on the scale and more about empowering women to feel good and function at their best.
