In this episode I talk to Mariya Shiyko about the importance of leaders taking initiatives and creating space for others to flourish when they take initiatives.

Introduction

Mariya Shiyko, Ph.D. is an Award-Winning Educator, Mentor, Author, and Entrepreneur. She uniquely combines sciences, metaphysics, and arts to inspire change aligned with higher purpose and joy. 

She is a former university professor turned entrepreneur. As an accomplished author, her work has been published in 50+ journals, including Advances in Complementary & Alternative Medicine, and Explore Holistic. 

She has made appearances on Biz Talk Radio, Mind Body Radio, and Women Inspired TV. Mariya is the author of two books that inspire joyful and creative living: "My Brilliant Money Book" and "From Russia to Joy." She lives in Boston with her partner and son.
