In this episode I talk to Tiana Tefy about the power of feminine leadership. We discuss how it is not about gender, it is about how leaders choose to connect with themselves and others.
Introduction
Tiana was born and grew up in the beautiful island of Madagascar and has had the great fortune to have lived in different countries and had had a varied career.
She holds a PhD in Mathematics and worked for about two decades in the field of aerospace research. She also trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and practiced QI GONG and Meditation for over 2 decades. Tiana started teaching QI GONG 20 years ago and when she started to share the energy practices of QI GONG, she quickly realized there was very little support for women to experience their menstruation, pregnancy, post-partum, menopause, post-menopause or sexuality with ease and grace.
As a result, she decided to dedicate her work to help women unleash and harness their inner feminine power and bring it into all aspects of their life.

In this episode I talk to Ellen Patricia about how she found herself through embracing fullness and learning that she is as important as the most important person in her life.
Introduction
Ellen is an award-winning coach & counselor who has been leading a social enterprise for over a decade, currently serving over 800 beneficiaries and serving thousands over the years.
In 2020, Ellen was recognized as one of the "Women Super Achievers" in the 7th World Women Leadership Congress. As a result, she understands the challenges faced by high-performing women who want to be a powerful channel for the good of others, and also for themselves.
Ellen knows what it means to struggle to move forward. There was a time in her journey when she felt alone and was chronically tired. She experienced being successful and burnt out. Ellen says that working on herself is what has enabled her to live the path of easeful success and elevate the quality self-care in different areas of her life. That's why she feels called to help other women thrive by up-levelling their mental game, so they too can experience success without neglecting their self-care.
