In this episode I talk to Katelyn Denning about setting realistic expectations for yourself and your time, how to prioritize when everything feels important and how to plan for the unexpected.
Introduction
Katelyn Denning is a coach for busy, working moms who are tired of feeling like life is just one long to-do list. As a full-time working mom of 3 young children, ages 8, 6, and 3, Katelyn understands what it’s like to juggle all of the different roles and responsibilities as a mom, professional, and woman.
Through her coaching practice, Mother Nurture, she helps women feel confident in their identity as a working mom, figure out their priorities in life, and make the most of their time so they can be more present - with their family, in their work, and in their lives.
Katelyn lives with her family in Cincinnati, Ohio. And while her “me time” doesn’t look the same as it did before kids, she still finds time to read, garden, workout, and enjoy a hot cup of coffee.

In this episode I talk to Raewyn Guerrero about the importance of understanding and treating the root cause of illness and not just the symptoms as well as the importance of creating wellness programs in the workplace that are sustainable and include the power of mindset.
Introduction
Raewyn integrates nutrition with psychology to bring about rapid transformation in the mental and physical health of individuals and organizations.
After years chasing symptoms in the Conventional Medicine World to address her own Anxiety, Burnout, IBS and Infertility, Raewyn discovered the evidence-based framework of Functional Medicine which reversed her medical diagnoses.
Inspired by the rapid transformation and shifts in her own health, she retrained in Functional Diagnostic Nutrition. Her work has evolved from hypnotherapy for anxiety, performance and personal development to using functional lab testing and personalized nutrition, to address IBS and chronic health conditions that can be holding you back from reaching your full potential.
Because when you get the body right, the brain will follow. Her mission is to awaken everyone she meets to the innate wisdom of the body, so that they can live longer with clarity, freedom and joy.
