In this episode I talk to Tiffani Neal about how identifying core values has become her compass when making business decisions.
Introduction
Tiffani Neal, founder and CEO of Barlow’s Foods, is a natural born foodie with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a keen business sense.
Since her early childhood days cooking in her family’s kitchen, the idea of creating meals from the simplest ingredients has always piqued her interest. Turning that passion into a thriving venture has been a lifelong dream for Tiffani, realized with the creation of Barlow’s Foods.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Tiffani’s professional experience includes more than ten years in corporate sales, including her most recent role focused on the healthcare industry.
In her (rare) downtime, Tiffani enjoys great meals with friends at Atlanta’s world-class restaurants, or a quiet evening winding down with a great book in the comfort of her home.

In this episode I talk to Katelyn Denning about setting realistic expectations for yourself and your time, how to prioritize when everything feels important and how to plan for the unexpected.
Introduction
Katelyn Denning is a coach for busy, working moms who are tired of feeling like life is just one long to-do list. As a full-time working mom of 3 young children, ages 8, 6, and 3, Katelyn understands what it’s like to juggle all of the different roles and responsibilities as a mom, professional, and woman.
Through her coaching practice, Mother Nurture, she helps women feel confident in their identity as a working mom, figure out their priorities in life, and make the most of their time so they can be more present - with their family, in their work, and in their lives.
Katelyn lives with her family in Cincinnati, Ohio. And while her “me time” doesn’t look the same as it did before kids, she still finds time to read, garden, workout, and enjoy a hot cup of coffee.
