In this episode I talk to Catherine LifeDesign about emotional intelligence from a nervous system perspective.
Introduction
Catherine is a nervous system, purpose & business coach... but most of all a total freedom lover. That’s why she created her business LifeDesign because as a teenager she suffered from narcissistic and emotional abuse and DIDN'T have any freedom to be who she truly was.
Little did she now that her childhood experiences would trigger her nervous system into constant survival mode (fight, flight, freeze), which showed up in her business as procrastination, overwhelm, perfectionism, ADHD, fear, doubt and self-sabotage etc.
Then all of a sudden, Catherine’s health collapsed and she was diagnosed with autoimmune disease, chronic fatigue, anxiety, cPTSD (complex trauma), depression and 30+ other diagnoses & symptoms. She thought she was going to die at 41. Until she discovered nervous system regulation and brain retraining.
Within 4 months she healed, became symptom-free, energetic, joyful... normal again! Catherine then started to apply the same principles and tools that she had used to heal her body & soul to her business... and it friggin changed EVERYTHING!
